About Lisa G. Johnston

Hello, I'm Lisa. Nice to meet you.

I am a research epidemiologist that is currently based in Valencia, Spain. I travel worldwide to provide technical assistance for sampling Key Populations at higher risk of HIV, TB and other infections using novel sampling methods such as Respondent driven sampling. I have worked in several amazing countries which are highlighted in blue below.

In addition to being a passionate supporter of human rights and public health, I am an active supporter of animal rights and volunteer my time rescuing animals in Spain and work at several animal shelters when I travel.
